Signup Instructions for Meets and Jobs
Important Information!
- You must sign your child up for each swim meet no later than Wednesday before each meet.
- If you do not sign your child up by Wednesday before the meets, we will assume they are NOT swimming and they will not be put in the meet lineup.
- If your child is swimming in the meet at least one parent must sign up to volunteer.
- Meets are run strictly by volunteers so volunteering is important
- If you do not sign up for a job by Wednesday before the meet, a job will be assigned to you.
How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign in both parents to save time of registering, scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your swimmers' names.
- For each of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
- Attending this meet and available for any relays
- Attending this meet but cannot attend early relays
- Attending this meet but cannot attend late relays
- Attending this meet but cannot attend any relays
- Will not be attending this meet
- Click Save to record your choices.
